BenQ F3 and BenQ A3 breaks into the smartphone market
BenQ has staged a comeback fight with two Android smartphones, namely: BenQ F3 and BenQ A3. The two ‘affordable’ phones just came in today when BenQ held a launching ceremony for the couple in Taiwan. Both phones feature a 4.5″ 540 x 960 pixels IPS touchscreens.
BenQ F3 comes with MediaTek’s quad-core MT6589 processor tuned at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 4GB expandable inbuilt storage, 13MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and 2100mAh battery.
The phone is already up in showcases in Taiwan for NT$7990 (about US$270).
BenQ A3 offers a 1.2GHz Snapdragon MSM8225Q processor with four cores, 1GB RAM, 4GB storage with memory card slot, 2000mAh battery, 8MP rear and 2MP front-facing cameras,
The BenQ F3 flies for NT$5990 in Taiwan which translates to only US$200.
BenQ have been absent from the smartphone market for many years and they haven’t given a word on whether their first two smartphones in recent times leave Taiwan for the global market soon.
