Blackberry rolls out new security update to the DTEK50
Even though the Blackberry DTEK60 is here and has gone on for preorders in a number of regions with an official announcement still lacking for it, that has not meant that Blackberry would now forget its predecessor in the form of the BB DTEK50 as they have rolled out a new security update to this one and weighing in at a massive 337MB, you already know that mobile data is not the way to go if you want to get this newbie.
After getting this update, your firmware version would be taken to AAH108 and it would also introduce to your device the security patch for the month of October. Note that this update is a beta update which means that we don’t have an official changelog for it which means that we won’t be able to know what else is included in the entire update packet. That is, if there is even any other thing there.
If you have signed up your DTEK50 for the beta program, you are bound to get the notification of update too and if you are feeling impatient, there is no harm in going over to the Settings menu and checking for yourself.
