BLU plans a new near-flagship with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage for under $300
BLU might not be able to boast the kind of followership that Samsung has in the market right now, and they sure as well cannot even go close to those such as Huawei and ZTE that are currently trying in their own right to make it in a competitive market and have seen some breakthrough, but that does not mean that this manufacturer does not have people that love them for their very affordable smartphones which packs a very interesting range of specs too.
Even though the devices made by this company usually fall on the low pecking order when it comes to pricing, the issue changed with the launch of the Pure XL from last year and with the kind of class that this one gained among followers, they have come back in this year with a Pure XR flagship.
Selling for just $299, it is surely of a premium build because of the metal that was used on it and asides the outsides, the innards are also worthy to look at. The 5.5 inches screen was built on AMOLED technology and is set at a resolution of 1080p. For processor usage, there is a MediaTek Helio P10 processor that is coupled with 4GB of RAM and housing 64GB of internal storage memory which has an option for expansion.
Going further, the main camera unit is a 16MP snapper, the front unit comes in at 8MP and a 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on beneath this Marshmallow smartphone.
