Cricket Wireless adds two Android smartphones to its lineup
Cricket Wireless is looking to increase the amount of Android devices that it is already offering on its network with the addition of two newbies. The first one is the Alcatel Streak which is already offered on other network carriers such as Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile. Don’t be confused if you can’t seem to find any device under this name under the listed carriers as they offer the smartphone under another name instead as the Alcatel Dawn.
From Cricket Wireless, you would only need to pay $29.99 for this one with a prepaid plan. Note that what you would be getting for your money is a 4.5 inches’ screen that would have 1GB of RAM, 5MP camera on the back and a VGA snapper in front, 8GB of expandable storage space and running on the Android Marshmallow 6.0 with its 1780mAh battery.
The next in line is the LG X Power which saw its announcement sometimes during the closing dates of May. Although this one is more of a midrange device, it impressed the market most with the aid of its 4100mAh battery. Having 5.3 inches of screen at a rather low 720p display, the 13MP camera on the back comes with its own LED flash and there is also a 5MP shooter up front for selfie lovers. With 2GB of RAM, an internal storage space of 16GB expandable and running the Marshmallow 6.0.1, this smartphone is being offered for $159.99, tax inclusive.
