Dubai-based InnJoo unveils Note phablet with 5.5″ touchscreen
Barely a week after launching the InnJoo i2s exclusively for Nigeria, InnJoo has announced it’s first phablet phone. The latter will be sold on a broader platform and is expected to also launch in the Middle East and other markets where InnJoo phones are currently retailing.
On appearance, the Note borrows the design of the i series. However, with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display, the new device is much bigger than any other smartphone the Dubai phone vendor has to offer.
Spec-wise, the InnJoo Note features a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU based on ARM’s Cortex-A7 technology, 1GB of RAM, 16GB ROM and a MediaTek MT6582 System-on Chip.
The smartphone features a 13-megapixel camera as well as a 5MP shooter at the front while the whole unit is powered by a 3000mAh battery that’s user removable. The Note runs Android 4.4 out of the box.
Pricing and availability information about the new smartphone hasn’t been made known but the device is expected to hit the shelves before the end of this month.
