Gionee A1 leaks again, reveals key specs on benchmark test
It has been not more than a week since we first saw the upcoming Gionee A1 leak in live images and now, the same device has decided to leak again, giving us some juicy specs to deal with. Showing up on a benchmark listing, the revelations from there does more than just confirm a few rumours that we have been seeing on the unit in the past.
From the GeekBench test, it has been seen that the device would be making use of an octa core processor, bring on board a decent 4GB of RAM and also, run the Nougat 7.0 out of the box.
These specs are all the same with the leaks that we have had earlier on this same unit. From the rumour mill, we also heard that the 5.5 inches’ unit would use a 1080p screen technology and under the hood, use 64GB of internal storage space. To cap it all off, the cameras would definitely be a powerhouse with an intended 13MP unit on the front and a 16MP snapper out back. The camera on the back would be kept company by the fingerprint sensor.
Overall, the unit would be allowed to draw its power from a big 4050mAh battery.
If the delivery timeline is accurate, we expect this unit, alongside a Plus option, to launch at MWC later this month.
