Google Pixel 2 automatically does this when you’re driving
Just days after the official launch of the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, the tech market is still in awe of the wonder which is loaded on the device by its producers.
Coming after the Pixel 2 which comes into the market packing Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor under the hood was released, the device has also been revealed to come with some additional features including its ability to turn on the Do Not Disturb mode when driving.
The integration was discovered through a screenshot for a new app which Google uploaded on the Play Store. According to the information on the app called the Pixel Ambient Services, the Pixel-exclusive app will automatically listen for songs playing in the vicinity and show the title of the track and other information on the user lockscreen.
In addition, the app also allows for users to turn on a rule which will allow the app automatically turn on the Do Not Disturb feature on the device.
It however remains unclear if Google will be able to tell exactly who is driving or it will just activate the feature once the user is in motion.
