HTC 10 units in Hong Kong starts getting Nougat update
The freshest update that is hitting Android units all around now has to be the bump from the Marshmallow that they are on to the latest serving on the history of Android desserts – the Nougat. While a number of flagship units and high mid-range handsets have also bene getting this bump in the past months, the HTC 10 users in Hong Kong can now also now what this snack tastes like.
Coming to the device with a version number 2.41.708.3, the update weighs a massive 1.23GB and comes with the Nougat, coupled with security patch for the month of January.
In case you have missed some bits of news on the HTC 10 and the Nougat story here, this same update has already been rolled out to units in Russia, the Middle East and Turkey. For the European region, the UK is the only lucky duck to have gotten like update notification as the rollout was stalled in some pat of the continent, owing to technical reasons.
