HTC Desire 820 goes official at the IFA

On the second day of the 2014 IFA, HTC has taken to the stage to announced the HTC Desire 820, a due successor and step up from the HTC Desire 816.

The HTC Desire 820 comes with the exact same screen dimensions as it’s predecessor — a 5.5″ 720 x 1280 pixels IPS LCD. There’s a 13MP camera at the back and a massive 8MP front-facing webcam fixed at the top right front of the device.

Running on Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC’s Sense UI 5.7 on top, the new smartphone is powered by the all-new 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, alongside 2GB of RAM.

The phone comes in lots of color variations namely Marble White, Tuxedo Grey, Santorini White, Milky-way Grey, Tangerine White, Saffron Grey, Flamingo Grey, Blue Mist, and Monarch Orange.

Availability and pricing is still unknown but the information should be announced sooner or later.
