HTC happy to post profit in 2013 Q4 reports, declining revenue recorded
HTC has posted the financial reports for their businesses carried out in the period of October 2013 to December 2013.
A massive decline in revenue was recorded, as HTC made $1.43 billion in total revenue, a big difference from the $1.6 billion recorded in the previous quarter.
HTC actually made profit from it’s total operations. The Taiwanese company lost $50 million in it’s mainstream business but the sale of Beats Audio helped delete the negative numbers to put the company’s profit at $10.
These reports shows that HTC is sinking fast, and divine intervention seems to be the only kind of help that will turn the company’s fortunes around.
