HTC One (M8) sold by Sprint is getting Android 4.4.4 and HTC Eye update
Sprint has started seeding Android 4.4.4 KitKat to customers who bought the 2014 HTC One from the United States carrier. The update brings the HTC Eye Experience photography load of features and other stuff.
Stuff like “Face Tracking” were added — a feature that puts your face on focus when recording a video. “Crop Me In” allows combination of main camera pictures and selfies taken from the front camera while “Live Make Up” allows for perfect selfies.
Sprint says you should keep your phone’s battery charged at least 50 % and there should be enough space left on your device. If automatic updates is not enabled on your HTC One (M8), kindly navigate to Settings > Software Update > Check New to initiate the process.
