HTC One running Android 4.4 KitKat is marketed aggressively for $0 without contract
The HTC One did not sell up to HTC’s expectations, we know, perhaps the huge disappointment was why the Taiwanese phone manufacturer had a lot of figures in the red during their last financial reports.
But that might be about to change. With an aggressive $0 campaign, HTC is marketing the One in a way Christmas shoppers in the US would find hard to resist.
Without contract, you can get an unlocked version of the HTC One running on Android 4.4 KitKat from either AT&T and T-Mobile. The only twist is that you’ll have to pay $25 for two years for the device. Once again, the offer is only for US customers and it ends December 29.
But them, if you don’t live in the US or you have a lot of money to throw about or both, you might want to look at HTC’s next flagship, the HTC M8.
