Huawei Ascend G7 phablet is official with 5.5″ HD touchscreen
It’s raining thunder and storm in Berlin as the whole tech world watches as these companies churn out tech products. Huawei has joined the fanfare and has introduced the latest generation Ascend G7.
The Huawei Ascend G7 rocks a 5.5″ IPS LCD screen with 720 x 1280 pixels (HD) resolution. The phone packs a 13MP rear camera and the front is adorned by a 5MP selfie unit.
Powering the smartphone is a 1.2GHz CPU and an undisclosed chipset which supports LTE and 3G as well. The rest of the engine is made up by a 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, expandable by an addition 32 gigabytes via the phone’s microSD card slot.
Google’s Android 4.4 KitKat OS is what runs through the blood of the Ascend G7, with Huawei’s home-baked Emotion UI version 3.0 customizing the user experience. Finally, the device is supplied current by a Li-Po 3000mAh battery which lasts 600 hours of standby, on paper.
Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands Turkey, Poland, Norway, South Africa and Mexico are the first markets where Huawei Ascend G7 will land, priced €299.
