Huawei Mate 9 leaks in new renders, shows off two screen variants
The 3rd of November is the day that we are set to see the launch of the Huawei Mate 9 and even at that, we are hoping that we start to get to see it with us in a matter of a few days after that and to be precise, on the 8th of November.
Since we have no more phablets in the market right now, no thanks to the exit of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 due to the issue of explosions that has been rocking it a lot, the Mate 9 could launch alone and without a lot of competition in this area.
While we have always seen leaked renders of this smartphone in times past, we have newer and neater ones to look at today and they are all courtesy of one of our most revered leaksters, Evan Blass, and from these, we should be expecting two variants of the Mate that would be different in terms of the screen on them.
There would be one that would carry a flat screen while the other would follow the way of Samsung Edge devices and use a curved screen variant instead. While we dint know about any other difference that might be beneath it, we have already found out in times past that the Mate 9 would be powered by the Kirin 960 chipset, use up to 6GB of RAM and max out on a 256GB storage.
