Huawei to launch Honor 8 in India, plans a cheaper variant launch alongside
On the 12th of October, Huawei is planning a press event in India of which they have already sent out invites and there is where we expect them to launch the Honor 8 smartphone in the country.
While we have the info as regards the launch date of the latest flagship in the Honor brand for this region, there is still no word on when they would be going for sales actually and hit the store. However, there has been speculations on this date and as well, another piece of info that there would be an Honor 8 Smart to sell beside the normal Honor 8 in India.
While a retailer has already stated some prices for both variants of the smartphone, the Honor 8 Smart is priced lower than the Honor 8 itself and that should mean that we would be getting lesser specs on this ne but in the end, it would be offering the same design of the Honor 8 for those with smaller pockets.
Already, we now that the regular Honor 8 is being powered by the high end Kirin 950 chipset paired to 4GB of RAM and with no information as of now on the Smart variant, it has surely spiced things up for us.
