India’s Xolo to unveil the world’s lightest smartphone
India is the home of some truly fascinating technology and that’s why many tech companies set their tents there, with many still stepping in.
Local brand Xolo is said to be prepping a smartphone that will turn out to become the world’s lightest smartphone ever, with a little under 100 grams weight.
The yet unnamed smartphone will bear a 4.7-inch display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, reports say.
The current lightest smartphone in the world is still the feather-like Samsung Galaxy S4 mini which tips the scale at a mere 107 grams followed by the Apple iPhone 5s at 112 grams.
Xolo’s smartphone is said to be tagging an INR19,990 pricing, and shouldn’t get you to break your bank if you crave for light devices.
