And yet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 leaks again.
A tipster that claims to work for Verizon Wireless has leaked the details of a memo exchanged between the South Korean smartphone manufacturer and the Big Red which gives an insight into when the device would be available for pre-orders and outright sales under the mobile carrier.
With official announcement for the Samsung phablet being slated for 2nd August, the nation’s biggest carrier would have the device for pre-order just a day after launch and this is lending credence to previous rumors that interested users would be able to make reservations for the device after announcement.
At the unveiling event tomorrow, we are also most lilely to see the launch of the Gear VR, a virtual reality headset that has been specially optimised for this phablet. Based on information obtained in the memo, August 4 is another important date because Verizon stores would start to get wireless charging pads for the device
