Lenovo now doing what they do best in 26 countries — selling smartphones
Apart from being the world’s current top seller of PCs, these Chinese guys are really throwing some heavy weight into the smartphone industry.
They have expanded to the Middle East, crossed great seas and oceans to penetrate the rapidly growing smartphone market in Africa, with Nigeria being their first target.
Lenovo is currently ranked third in the highest smartphone vendor order, with only Samsung and Apple keeping it apart from the top spot, with a very wide margin of course.
Lenovo is also pitching a tent in the 2014 MWC that will happen on the 24th of February where it’s planning to showcase it’s “full line-up of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets and multimode PCs”.
