Lenovo outs A2010 dual SIM smartphone for Indian market
Entry-level A2010 entered the Indian market on Wednesday as its manufacturer, the Lenovo Group Ltd., took the wraps off the dual SIM smartphone at a media event in Delhi.
The Lenovo A2010 comes with a 5-inch FWVGA touchscreen display and supports both of India’s LTE bands — FDD 1800MHz (Band 3) and TDD 2300MHz (Band 40) — on its double SIM slot.
Under the hood, you’ll find a MediaTek MT6735m chipset, 1GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB storage. The Lenovo A2010 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS from the word go and sports a 32GB microSD card slot for storage expansion. For taking photos, the handset is packing a 5-megapixel primary camera and 2-megpixel front-facing secondary camera — all backed up by a 2,000mAh battery.
Sadly, the handset is not going to be available in the mainstream market as Lenovo has scheduled a flash sale for the product to run on 3rd September 3PM India time. During the sales which will be conducted via Flipkart, the A2010 will cost 4,990 Indian rupees or 77 US dollars.
