LG G3 Screen is a massive 5.9″ phablet ticking with LG-made processor
The LG G3 has inspired quite a lot of devices lately and LG has announced a new smartphone which they call the LG G3 Screen. The Screen, asides from having a familiar LG G3 look, has an LG processor ticking inside it’s engine.
The phone, as earlier emphasized, comes with a 5.9-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Now, 1080p or Full HD is a big resolution any day but considering the size of the G3 Screen’s screen, the depth is shallow as 373 PPI which is just average for an average 2014 smartphone.
The processor that’s powering the LG G3 Screen is called Nuclun and it’s home-brewed by LG Electronics. The chipset features a big.LITTLE framework with a quad-core 1.5GHz Cortex A15 plus a 1.2GHz Cortex A7 CPU for high-speed and low-energy tasks respectively. The phone further uses 2GB of RAM and a 16GB ROM that’s expandable.
For photography, the LG G3 Screen sports a 13-megapixel camera and 2.1-megapixel selfie camera. The phone depends on a 3000mAh battery for current while the whole design measures 157.8 x 81.8 x 9.5 mm while weighing in at 182 grams.
The LG G3 Screen will soon go on sale in South Korea, probably before the end of this year.
