LG G4 will be announced April 28, to be released May 31
Even though analysts are not expecting LG G4 to do very well in terms of sales numbers, putting the upcoming flagship at a hard position where last year’s G3 will expectedly fare better, LG Electronics is not getting undermined by any of those side talk.
The Korean company is seriously teasing the smartphone on Twitter, Youtube and everywhere, hinting at an April 28 unveiling date for the LG G4 through a press invite (pictured above) which was sent out to media coys.
LG thinks you should see and “feel the great” real leather on the back of the G4 as the launch event will happen globally on the span of two days at different venues in New York, London, Paris, Seoul, Singapore, and Istanbul.
The LG G4 is expected to break cover with a 5.5-inch Quad HD touchscreen display, Snapdragon 808 chipset and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone will naturally be running on Android 5.1 Lollipop skinned with LG’s UX 4.0 out of the box.
