LG G4 breaks cover in purported live pictures
The LG G4 is still one of the most hyped Android devices despite LG Electronics reportedly shifting ground to place the phone’s announcement next month to avoid a possible clash with the unveiling another Android battleship, the Samsung Galaxy S6.
So, while April is almost upon us, we got the first pictures of anything claiming to be the upcoming LG flagship today. The pictures were posted at an online forum and you can see the “NOT FOR SALE” warning boldly stamped on the device suggesting the unit in the renders is a prototype/unfinished product.
Meanwhile, one of the shots show the smartphone as running on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS which isn’t quite surprising as generations of LG G series have been running the Google-owned mobile platform till date.
The LG G4 is rumored to be having a slightly curved body while a powerful Snapdragon 810 chipset is tipped to power the engine. The handset is also expected to pack a 16-megapixel camera as well as a Quad HD screen with a physical size of not less than 5 inches.
