LG GX launched in LG’s home country
A mere glance at the specs will tell you it’s the LG Optimus G Pro that is being reshuffled to bring you the LG GX.
Packing a 5.5″ display (1080 x 1920 pixels) display built with IPS technology, the LG GX features a quad-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM and expandable 32GB internal storage.
There’s a 13MP camera, as well as a 2.1MP front-facing camera — as you’ll find on the LG Optimus G. The GX measures 150.6 x 76.1 x 9.2 in millimeters and weighs in at 167 grams, courtesy of a 3140mAh battery.
The LG GX comes in black and white color options. It runs on Android OS skinned with LG’s UX user interface. We don’t have any information on pricing yet even though the device will be available only inside the borders of Korea, for now.
