Meizu sends out press invites for a launch event, could be the unveiling of the M5s
Meizu is planning to make next week very interesting for us and if all goes according to plan, they would be launching another unit to add to their already impressive collection. This is made known by the fact that the company has already started to send out media invites for an event which is scheduled to hold on the 15th of February, and from the teaser image that accompanies each invite, it can be seen that the selling point of the unit would be the fast charging feature.
While we couldn’t get anything that related to the name of the phone from the invites, it could be safe to assume that this is the date when the veils are finally taken off the face of the Meizu M5s. this device has already been to TENAA, given us its specs from benchmark spotting and also, been leaked in images.
From what we have been able to gather so far, the Meizu M5s is supposed to launch with an octa core, 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 chipset and carry a stunning 5.2 inches of HD screen. For the RAM, there is an allocation of 3GB and likewise, internal storage space of 32GB. We can wish, and we suppose that there’s a 4GB/64GB variant somewhere there.
Next week, we get to see if the M5s is the star of the day, and if we are right on these specs too.
