Micromax launches Marshmallow 6 tablet, Canvas Tab P681, for just $112
Micromax has launched a new tablet and asides from the fact that this one features 8 inches of screen, it is notable in the sense that it would be the first device that runs the Android Marshmallow 6.0 that the company would launch.
Forgive us for leaving out this important piece of information on the first line but the name of the latest tablet from the stables of Micromax is Canvas Tab P681 and from the build, one cannot be mistaken in the fact that it is purely an entertainment device.
Looking at the build and design, you wouldn’t miss the dual box speakers coupled with the DTS audio and with the invent of Marshmallow, this is surely a deviation from the norm in a market that is already reeking with tablets that run the old Lollipop platform. Might we remind you that with the launch of the Nougat just a few days ago, the Lollipop has become two generations behind?
For other specs, there is 1GB of RAM coupled to an internal storage space of 16GB which can be expanded as far as 32GB. Powered by a battery of 4000mAh, there would be a 5MP rear camera and he front would be adorned y a 2MP shooter. As regards price, you can hook up one for the equivalent of $112.
