Microsoft launches Nokia Lumia 730, Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 in India
Microsoft has released a trio of Nokia Lumia smartphones in India. The South Asian country is still one of the biggest strongholds of Nokia who was once the highest mobile phone vendor in the world till 2011 when the crown was taken by Samsung.
Nokia Lumia 730
The Lumia 730 is practically the smallest in the pack. With a 5-megapixel wideview camera, Microsoft wants you to refer to the smartphone as the “selfie phone”. The phone comes with a dual SIM slot and a 6.7 rear camera as well.
The 730 features a 4.7″ HD display, 1GB of RAM, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and a 2200mAh battery. Price for the Nokia Lumia 730 in India is 15,299 rupees and availability begins 6th October.
Nokia Lumia 830
Tagged the “affordable flagship”, the Lumia 830 rocks a 5-inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM, Snapdragon 400 CPU, and a 10MP Carl Zeiss camera with optical image stabilization.
The phone is fueled by a 2200mAh battery while pricing is set at INR 28,799 as the phone hits the market on October 8.
Nokia Lumia 930
Microsoft’s Lumia 930 is the boldest and the baddest of the trio and that’s why it goes with a INR 38,649 price tag.
The smartphone comes with a 5″ 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, Snapdragon 800 processor, and a 32GB storage which is not expandable by any means.
Nokia Lumia 930 goes with a 20MP PureView camera which comes equipped with dual LED flash, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and a 2420mAh battery unit. The phone is scheduled to go on sale on the 8th of October.
