Microsoft Lumia 950 gets price cut in UK, goes further 17% down from MPD
If you are currently staying in the United Kingdom, you can get yourself a unit of the Microsoft Lumia 960 for a price of £300 and if you would be getting the SIM-free model courtesy of Mobile Phones Direct, you get an even better deal at £289. While this deal might not seem like much of a rebate to you, you should know that the device is listed for an official £320 commercial sales price so the deal from MPD is giving you £30 off.
The price cut on the Windows 10 smartphone is coming barely two months after Microsoft themselves cut the price on both the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL in the region by up to 17%. Currently though, the Lumia 950 XL is listed officially at a price of £400 and through retailers MPD and Carphone Warehouse, you can get it for £368 and £360 respectively.
If you have not been following the news for a while, let us give you a quick reminder that both devices got their prices cut in the US market as well.
