Moto G4 Plus starts soaking for the Nougat 7.0 in Brazil
When Motorola was making their press statements, one of the things that they said earlier this month was that they would soon be rolling out the Nougat update to some of their users.
At this announcement, they also did well to let us know which one of their devices would be getting a bump to the next step of 7 and to cap it all off, they said that the updates would start to hit as fast as the fourth quarter of this year, meaning they are not looking to delay at all.
Given that not all off the devices marked would get the update at the same time, they also identified the Moto Z and Moto G series as the ones bound to get the push first.
Going in line with this announcement, they have started to roll out a rather heavy update which is just like a soak test for the Moto G4 Plus and currently going on in the region of Brazil, the update weighs in at a massive 953MB. What we mean by the soak test is that this one would just be getting to a select few users and if all things run fine, everyone else would start to get the same update.
