New leaks suggests better screen technology for the LG V20, confirms Nougat
On the first day of this month, we got a leak on the LG V20 and we are sure that we were not the only ones surprised when we found out that the device would be making use of a lesser screen and smaller resolution than its predecessor. While we have been pondering on what would cause this kind of downsizing, there’s another plausible leak now to suggest what we have heard on the screens are not true.
Now, the details of the screen of the LG V20 matches that of its predecessor meaning that it would have a 5.7 inches’ screen with a resolution set at 1440 x 2560. Great news, isn’t it? Under the hood of this device, there would be a QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 chipset having a quad core CPU at its disposal and running on an Adreno 530 GPU. Married to the 4GB of RAM is an internal storage space of yet to be disclosed size but we do know that the back would host a camera of 21MP and use a dual set up in front.
Touted to run the Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box and even be the first device to do so, we are looking at a September release for the latest LG flagship.
