New specs, renders and the rumour roundup on expected Xiaomi Mi Note 2
It all started out as some incessant chatter at the beginning of the month and what began as a rumour is threatening to manifest in the flesh everyday with each new leak, rumour and render that we get. In case you are wondering what device we are talking about, it is none other than the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and as we have come to know Xiaomi for, they didn’t cool down when it comes to awesome specs on this device and even, they introduced a series of first time ideas on the device.
Courtesy of a screenshot, we already know that the smartphone would be carrying the QUALCOMM snapdragon 820 chipset and use 64GB of internal storage space which is paired to a massive 6GB of RAM. Even though some rumours suggested that it would be making use of an SD 821 chipset instead, the leak has shown a clock speed of 2.15GHz which makes this assertion illogical.
A fingerprint scanner is very likely on this smartphone and while we are torn between the rumours of a 5.5 inch and 5.7-inch screen, one thing that sure surprises us is the fact that it is said to run the Nougat already.
Doesn’t the Note excite you already?
