Nokia announces Nokia X, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL — all can run Android apps
While the story is still developing, both Nokia X and Nokia X+ have 4-inch touchscreens while the Nokia XL has a 5-inch display.
–All three smartphones are built on Android Open Source Project (AOSP), which allows them to run Android apps, even though the OS on these phones are still not revealed as of now.
–Nokia store and Yandex Store are available if you want to install Android apps, no Google Play Store.
–Nokia XL will be available in early second of Quarter 2 for €109
–Nokia XL will have a 5MP primary and 2MP secondary cameras with LED flash at the back side.
The announcements are over and here’s what we’ve learnt:
Nokia X is a super-cheap smartphone with 4 inches of IPS display and 480 x 800 pixels resolution. It’s powered by a 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with 768MB of RAM and it has 4GB of inbuilt storage with memory card slot.
Nokia X has a 1500mAh battery and Nokia set the pricing at €89. The phone comes in six different colors — black, white, blue, red, green and yellow.
