Oppo Neo 3 gets Chinese phonemaker into entry level market
Oppo has got it’s hands dirty with a new market the Chinese-based phone company has set out to conquer — the low end/mid range smartphone market.
The phone is hitched at a price of INR 10,990, mind you, and it’s available exclusively in India via Flipkart. Plans to set the product into other markets where Oppo deals in might be on the way, but till then, the phone remains exclusive to India.
Powering the Neo 3 is a 1.3GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of expandable storage. The phone runs on Android 4.2.2 KitKat with an iteration of Oppo’s Color OS skin on top. The phone further packs a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facer.
The Oppo Neo features a user-removable 1900mAh battery.
