Oppo R1 goes to America with 5″ HD display, 8MP camera
Oppo R1 is a smartphone released in December 2013 but Oppo feels now is the best time to make it available in the USA.
The device was spotted hanging out on the pages of the FCC after it got approval from the electronics certification agency. That means that you’ll see Oppo R1 anytime soon in the United States.
The Oppo R1 handset features a 5-inch HD IPS display, quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582 processor with 2GB RAM, and 16GB of unexpandable native storage and an 8MP camera unit.
Oppo R1, also known as Oppo R829T is currently priced at ¥2,498 (about $411 USD) in Oppo’s native China.
