Oppo R1C coming with sapphire glass?
Latest information reaching us suggests that even after launching the Oppo U3 with a breakthrough 4x optical image zoom this month, Oppo Mobiles will launch yet another innovative smartphone this quarter.
Oppo R1C is the name of this upcoming handset and it features the much hyped sapphire glass solution. But wait, before y’all get very excited, it looks like the phone isn’t having sapphire on its screen (bad news) rather, the fancy back cover is going to be covered with the strengthen transparent material.
Specs for the yet-to-be announced Oppo R1C include a 5-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, a 64-it Snapdragon 615 chipset with an octa-core Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.5GHz, a 13-megapixel main camera, 5MP front-facer, 16GB storage and dual speakers underneath the architecture.
As for when the device will be launched, GizmoChina reports the Oppo R1C is expected to go live alongside Oppo U3 on the 14th of February.
