Report: 5.5-inch iPhone 6 will pack more processing power than the 4.7″
A report that surfaced from China this morning has indicated that Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6 combo, which is allegedly coming in a 5.5″ and 4.7″ variants, will have different processing power.
The 4.7″ iPhone 6 is expected to be unveiled this September while the 5.5-incher, which at many times faced production issues and looked likely to be scraped by Apple, will be announced in December, reports say.
The 4.7″ variant will be powered by a weaker processor than the one that will be on the 5.5″ iPhone. The marginal specs is expected to go beyond that as the 5.5″ iPhone 6 is expected to have a sapphire touchscreen glass which the other will not have.
