Retail materials for Motorola Moto G5 leaks online, gives insight into the package
For those of you that have been waiting on Lenovo for the final launch of the Moto G5, we might have leak to keep you calm till the main showpiece event gets underway. According to a listing that showed up on OLX website, we now have a sneak peek at the upcoming device, and we have some numeration to report.
One thing we now know for sure that this is a budget android handset and given that listing has since been pulled, we think this just makes it all the more real.
If its retail package is on the money, the Moto G5 would have a charger, USB cable, headphones and a component that looks so much like a spare battery, in the box. This battery looks very much like the one being used by the users of the Moto G4 Play series (does the banding ‘GK40’ ring any bells?)
The sticker on the unit also reveals all the specs that we have been reporting for a while. The screen is still a 5 inch when measured diagonally, and it would be run on the 1080p technology. Under the hood is a QUALCOMM snapdragon 430 chipsets which runs on an impressive 8 cores, and it is packed with 2GB of RAM.
The 32GB internal storage space can be expanded with the dedicated microSD card slot, and the fingerprint scanner completes the run.
The lights would be kept on by a 2800mAh battery, and we expect the Moto G5 to be announced at MWC.
