Samsung acknowledges Verizon Galaxy S5 camera problems, says it will work it out
Samsung and Verizon have acknowledged camera problems of the Samsung Galaxy S5 on the US carrier, and will gladly fix it or replace the entire phone for you if you are having a troubled Galaxy.
Reports say that the camera software is incessantly crashing, and sometimes failing to open in Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S5 sold on the Verizon network.
Verizon and Samsung has now set-up a hotline to attend to customers who are facing the problems. 1-888-987-4357 is the hotline while @VZWsupport is the handler to tweet on Twitter if you choose to report online.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a 16MP camera with a 2.1MP front-facer and a lot of tricks that include digital stabilization and others.
