Samsung boasts it will sell 100 million Galaxy S and Note series in 2013
Samsung has said it will conclude sales of 100 million units of Samsung Galaxy S and Note flagships by the year end. This was made known by JK Shin, co-CEO of Samsung and head of Samsung Mobile.
Samsung, the current world’s largest phone maker, was reported as selling 1 million phones daily, so the milestone shouldn’t be a hard one to reach.
Mr. Shin also forcasted that LTE (4G) will be available in 50% of phones worldwide by 2017 and that Samsung needs to focus more on software than hardware as market demands are changing.
