Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) shows up on GFXBench, reveals key specs
Samsung devices have been known to walk in packs, and their refreshes are not wanting to be left out of this kind of partnership too. Not too long after we had benchmark sightings of the 2017 refresh of the Samsung Galaxy A7, there has been another sighting on a benchmark of one of the 2017 refreshes of a lesser A family smartphone – the Galaxy A3.
The GFXBench showing listed the key specifications of this device and from what you would see in the image below, it is a sure improvement.
For starters, the device would carry an octa core processor that is clocked at 1.5GHz and all this would be fused beneath the 4.7-inch screen. We should remind you at this point that screen listings on benchmark tests tend to be wrong sometimes but since the 2016 refresh of this one also carried a similar screen, it is very likely that what we have here is the gospel.
Going further, we have 2GB RAM to deal with and an internal storage space of 8GB which we have no doubt would be expandable. When we talk about the camera, we are referring to a 12MP unit on the back and an 8MP front shooter on the Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 powered smartphone.
