Samsung Galaxy A3 with double SIM slot takes a stroll to FCC
By now, the Samsung Galaxy A3 shouldn’t be a stranger to your eyes, if you are a regular reader of this website. The yet-to-be-announced smartphone is one of the members of the Galaxy A family, the smallest at that.
And now, it seems Samsung is also interested in introducing a dual SIM iteration of the phone (pictured above from a TEENA lisiting) when it finally breaks cover at last. A Samsung SM-A300H/DS was seen at United States Federal Communications Commission’s website yesterday.
The listing shows the variant won’t have LTE support unlike the Samsung SM-A300 we are familiar with. However, other specs remain the same on the latest variant – a 4.52″ qHD display, 1GB of RAM, 8MP/5MP camera and 8GB of storage with microSD card slot. The dual SIM version might have to settle with a processor which is different from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chip that is present on the single SM-A300.
