Samsung Galaxy A3 (Samsung SM-A300) specs spill from TEENA
In no time, Samsung is expected to launch three mid range smartphones that are expected to bear the resemblance of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. One of the phones, the Samsung SM-A300 has been recognized from a TEENA listing where it was named as a Samsung Galaxy A3.
The listing helped out some other details about the smartphone. For example, w now know that the Samsung SM-A300/Galaxy A3 will have a 4.52-inch AMOLED display of 540 x 960 pixels resolution. Next, the device measures a neat 6.9mm thickness which seems to be the benchmark of all the Galaxy A series (the Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy A5 measure similarly).
The device also features a 5MP front-facing camera like the Samsung Galaxy A5. There’s an 8-megapixel main camera at the back, a gig of RAM and 8GB of storage which will probably be expandable. The SM-A300 also features the all-new Snapdragon 410 chipset from Qualcomm.
The launch date of the device could not be ascertained from TEENA, however, there’s a chance it will break cover this month (in China, at least) if the approval processes at the Chinese agency goes smoothly.
