Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) spotted with Exynos 7885 chipset
The Samsung Galaxy A series has been known to be of a confined chipset which means that it does not enjoy the same range of flexibility when it comes to chipset as the S-series.
This is why we are understandably excited about the spotting of the Galaxy A5 (2018) which comes powered by a Exynos 7885 processor.
The Exynos powered device was spotted on benchmarking website, Geekbench which opens us up to a whole new world of possibilities.
The Exynos chipset is fitted with two Cortex-A73 cores for power and an additional six A53 cores.
The Geekbench spotting of the device also revealed that the previously suggested SM-A5300 which is expected to come with a Snapdragon 660 processor has been pegged for SM-A530F.
The 2018 variant of the Galaxy A5 is expected to come into the market with 4GB or 6GB of RAM depending on the model and variant and also come powered by the Android 7.1 Nougat OS.
