Samsung Galaxy A5 and A3 facing production issues?
Remember the Samsung Galaxy A5 and the Samsung Galaxy A3? Both were full-metal mid-rangers introduced by Samsung last month. Bad news is that Samsung is having a difficult time mass-producing these devices right now.
While this might not be the biggest news you might hear today, the release date of the smartphones is likely threatened by these issues. Unlike the latest Galaxy Note and the Galaxy Alpha who’s side frames are made of metal while the backs remain plastic, the new Galaxys have their whole body (except the front, of course) covered in aluminum.
According to reports, only 50 % of the products (Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5) being produced meet Samsung’s requirements but then that’s not so surprising considering this is the first time the Koreans are making something of such nature.
