Samsung introduced a new addition to the Galaxy J series as the Galaxy J3 listing appeared on the smartphone company’s website officially some hours ago. Although there has been no information as regards when the smartphone will officially hit stores and market alike in China and other region but it is expected to be soon. The Galaxy J3 smartphone which supports 4G LTE technology, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB options for connectivity has a 5 inch HD Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 720×1280 and is powered by a Quad-core processor clocked at a speed of 1.2GHz. The smartphone is equipped with 1.5GB RAM and an internal storage capacity of 8GB which can be further expanded using microSD card to up to 128GB.
The Galaxy J3 smartphone has the TouchWiz UI layered on top of Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and features an 8MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash for lighting and a 5MP camera on the front panel all powered by the smartphone’s 2,600mAh battery.
With a dimension of 142.3x71x7.9mm and weighing 138 grams, the smartphone’s China listing does not support dual SIM function. Pricing and availability of the smartphone has not yet been officially communicated also.
