Samsung Galaxy S5 will have plastic and metal variants?
Samsung is one manufacturer that has been successful with plastic-clad smartphones in recent time, but the way things are moving, aluminum unibody looks to be the new cool. However, many Samsung users have stated their satisfaction with plastic phones and urged that Sammy continues with the plastic trend.
According to reports, Samsung’s upcoming flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S5, which has aggressively been in the rumor mill since the last couple of weeks will come in both plastic and metal forms as Samsung really doesn’t want to leave anyone behind. The reports suggest that the metal-clad Samsung Galaxy S5 will be retailed at around €800 while the plastic version will be sold at about €650.
The difference between the two didn’t stop at pricing, as the metal Samsung Galaxy S5 was said to be packing a powerful 64-bit Exynos 6 processors with 8 cores which can run simultaneously while the plastic version will debut the all-powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor.
