Samsung Galaxy S6 unleashes beastly performance on AnTuTu
Stories surrounding Samsung’s upcoming flagship took another dimension as benchmarks service, AnTuTu, revealed an entry of the much-hyped device on the website, and of course, there was no sight on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 or any Qualcomm Snapdragon processor anywhere just as predicted by our earlier reports.
If the entry is to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy S6 (Samsung SM-G025W8) then is going to feature an unchanged 5.1″ display from the Galaxy S5 but with a much higher resolution at 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD), bringing the PPI score to 576. The smartphone will sport a massive 20-megapixel camera at the back while the front is adorned by a 5MP selfie snapper.
Powering the device is Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7420 chipset which ordinarily packs a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 and a 1.9GHz quad-core Cortex-A57 CPU cores alongside a Mali-T760 graphics card. The handset uses 3GB of RAM and a ROM of 32GB while running on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.
On March 1 2015, Samsung will be hosting a Galaxy Unpacked event where the next Galaxy flagship smartphone is expected to be unveiled. Despite the event being the first time the handset is appearing officially, there has been purported renders of the Galaxy S6 which you can find in some of our previous articles.
