Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) launched
South Korean tech company, Samsung, has added to the list of its devices in the Tablet range.
The tech company has finally pulled back the curtains on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) which comes into the market with a whopping 5,000mAh battery and an 8-inch display.
The device which was launched hours ago in India comes into the market sadly with entry-level specs which means it won’t be creating too much buzz in the market.
However, the Galaxy Tab A (2017) which will be offered at Rs. 17,990 in all the major online and offline stores across India comes sporting a WXGA resolution on its 8-inch screen with the screen resolution pegged at 1,280 x 800 pixels.
Under the hood of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017), we have the quad-core processor running at a speed of 1.4GHz.
The processor is yet to be named but speculations exist that it is most likely a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage space.
For the optics, the device comes packing an 8MP primary camera and a 5MP front camera.
Other connectivity options include the Android 7.1 Nougat OS, support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm jack, USB Type-C port, and GPS + GLONASS / Beidou.
