Samsung rolls out October security patch to Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge in India
It is just a few days after Samsung started to roll out the newest update that carries the October security patch to their Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge devices in some parts of Europe and now, the people of India are getting this same kind of updates on their own like units.
Not weighing much, you can still choose to do this one over the mobile network and not incur much or opt for the Wi-Fi option because in the end, you just get to use up some 21MB of data.
We need not tell you that this one doesn’t carry any major thing with it rather than bringing your device up to speed with the latest thing in the world of Android security and also, fixing some few bugs that Samsung deems fit.
Also, there would be performance improvements but as regards the actual changelog, we have no official information as of now.
Since this is an OTA update, it might take a while for you to get the notification on your device but never mind because it is still bound to come. If you are impatient though, head over to your device settings and manually request it.
