Samsung rolls out the October security patch to the Galaxy Note 4
It is the season of updates for Samsung and since we have seen a lot of software pushes to various devices already, some might be feeling that they have been left out of the entire offers of update. Well, for this piece of news now, the users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 should be happy because they have been considered for the rollout of the security patch for this present month also. While a series of OEMs have already rolled out theirs to various devices in a while already, the users of this unit would be happy that they at least got it.
Weighing in at around 350MB, the update doesn’t come with only the security patch but also brings along with it a lot of changes some of which are battery optimizations, improvements on the performance and as well ,the stability of the smartphone in general. Like we have always said, this is an OTA update which means that the notification might not hit your now device as fast as any other one would but rest assured, it is on the way.
