Samsung to introduce aluminum-made Samsung Galaxy F series
Samsung may have had huge success with their Galaxy S line, but the company is now ready to take the move to the next level. According to Korean news site ETNews, Samsung will introduce Samsung Galaxy F series (F – not to be confused with failure, lol ) in the second half of next year.
The Galaxy F series will be made in premium aluminum shells, just like the HTC One and iPhone 5, who have been the major competitors for the Samsung Galaxy S4 this year. Apple who were known to produce metal-only phones, had gone plastic this month, with the introduction of their iPhone 5c while HTC have been making phones in plastic as well as metal shells. The move will see Samsung customers choose from plastic and aluminum-made phones, thanks the Galaxy S and Galaxy F series respectively.
Our source also claimed that the F series will debut with a device (likelyto be called Samsung Galaxy F) which will sport an Octa-core Exynos processor, 16MP camera with OIS, all packed inside a metal body. If this report is to believed, the other news about Samsung Galaxy S5 arriving in a metal body will be considered a farce. Even if Samsung wants to go metal, we are still shaking our head in doubt as to why they will choose ‘F’ for a line that holds a bright future.
